Description : This large wooden staff was carved from wood by the Yoruba people of western Africa in the late 20th century. It features a standing male figure near the center, and a lion near the bottom. A fantastic piece to add to your collection of African art! Piece has some moderate termite wear, with a nice patina showing its age. Overall in good condition. Measures approximately 58 x 11.5 x 3.5 with a total weight of 4.5 lbs.
