Description : Property from the Estate of David Rapkin Description: Group of 5 Stone, Ceramic and Wood African Figures, comprising a 5 1/2 in. carved stone figure, probably Kissi, Sierra Leone, Provenance: Exhibited African Art in Unlikely Places: The David Rapkin Collection, University of Nebraska, Eisentrager-Howard Gallery, 2012, a 9 1/2 in. ceramic sculpture with two figures, a 6 3/4 in. carved wood figure holding a baby, a 9 3/4 in. wood male figure and a 4 1/2 in. carved stone mask. Measurements: Height: of ceramic sculpture, 9 1/2 in. x Width: 4 3/4 in. x Depth: 4 5/8 in. Condition: Overall good condition, general surface wear and scratches throughout, figure holding child with repaired break to right side of head, some minor cracking to bottoms of wood figures.
