Enlivened with white and ochre slip, with the central head of a Nike, wearing a radiate stephane and spotted saccos, with drop pendant earings, her delicate wing tips behind each shoulder and floral designs below, the scene bordered by an encircling band of wave pattern and a foliate white-painted vine with palmettes, the strap handles flanked by knobs decorated with rosettes, with dashes around the rim, 13 1/2 in. (34.5cm.) diam., one knob restored, one handled repaired, small chip on rim
