Description : A nice collection of 8 Graeco-Roman pottery fragments, c. 2nd Century BC - 2nd Century AD, including parts from amphorae and other various vessels, most with antique labels noting find spots as Sakkara and Memphis, Egypt and the island of Corfu. Also included is a Mastodon tooth fragment and a seed labeled Mango, Burma. Largest 3 1/2 x 2 3/4 in (8.9 x 7 cm). Ex Ernest Freemark collection formed 1913-1915, Ex R. Knickerbocker collection, NY, thence by descent.
