Title : Pyramids, Period : 1985
Size : 1985 100 x 100cm
39 3/8 x 39 3/8inProvenance : Provenance: Property from the collection of Art D’Egypte In this present lot, Sarwat El Bahr sums up the eternal fascination and mystery of the pyramids, which are present and important to the Cairo skyline today as in the past. El Bahr’s Pyramids appear to fade into the background, beyond our grasp, helping the modern viewer feel as an ordinary ancient Egyptian might once have done- overwhelmed and out of place in the sacred space of the pharaohs.Bonhams 3, auctioneer
