Title : Senufo Staff With Female Figure
Medium : Carved wood staff surmounted by a finial depicting a pendulous breasted woman, seated on a low stool, her extended belly with protruding navel, scarification radiating from the center. She bears an elongated face with squared, puckered mouth, inset tack eyes, incised scarification on her cheeks and a crested hairdo. One ear gone, other damaged, age crack down front, another at rear right, right arm with break at wrist, part of base tip missing. Custom mount.
