They currently number around a quarter of a million in population., This exquisite piece shows their signature skill and artistry, with a standing male figure in deep relief in front of a shallow diamond pattern that has been colored with white kaolin. Provenance:, These pieces were collected over a period of several decades out of collections from America and throughout Europe, including France, Germany, Belgium, and Amsterdam beginning in the early 1960s. The items in this collection have been, identified by George Mack, former director of the Arizona African Art Museum. A fantastic piece that's perfect for your collection! Piece has moderate wear, with some chipping to the, wood. Pigments are still bright and vibrant, and the wood has a great patina. Overall in good condition for its age. Does not include stand.
