These engravings, Vue generale des Temples de Paestrum, situes sur le bord de la mer and Vue d'une des exedres des Thermes de Titus, have been excised from Voyage pittoresque, ou description des royaumes de Naples et de Sicile by Jean Claude Richard de Saint Non and others. These images depict figures amidst ancient ruins, the Baths of Titus and the temples of Paestum. The first of these pieces is attributed to Claude-Louis Chatelet. This collection of engravings is from the holdings of Archaeologia Books and Prints. Established in 1983, Archaeologia was known for providing scholarly books of quality on the archaeology of Ancient Egypt, the Near East, Greece & Rome, and the Pre-Columbian Americas.
