Description : African art carved wooden antelope (Zamble) form mask from the Guro Peoples of Côte d’Ivoire. Painted in vibrant tones of red, yellow, blue, and black oil paint. Mask has gaping mouth with exposed teeth, horns, and incised eyes. Measures approx 19 inches in length by 6 inches in width by 5 inches in depth. Mask has surface wear consistent with age.
