This finely carved wooden drum comes from the Chokwe, an ethnic group in Central Africa. The drum is adorned with carved décor and fine head detailing. Furthermore, the drum has a pleasant black brown patina. The drum is in very good condition with only light signs of wear. The diameter of the drum measures in 22.5 cm and its height is 51.5 cm.
