Description : Thirteen Canes, 19th to 20th century, three carved with dog's head-form handles: one silver-mounted wood, one carved horn and the other carved antler, brass-mounted wood with telescope and compass to handle, marked Ross London, lg. of extended telescope 15, another with English sterling silver handle enclosing a miniature roulette wheel, marks rubbed, on a bamboo shaft, ht. 36 1/4, one concealing a steel blade, made in Taiwan, ht. 34 3/8 in., another with silver-plated case containing eyeglasses, and six carved wood: two with man's head to handle, one African ebony with an elephant to handle and spiraled shaft, another carved as entwined snakes with painted scales, the fifth carved with spiraled snake and inscription, the last decorated with exotic animals.
