Description : Old African cast bronze art sculpture. Figure features four riders on the back of an ornately decorated elephant. Among the riders there is a musician with a drum, a chief like figure, driver, and aloof passenger to the rear of the surreal beast. No found markings nor signatures. Good to fair overall condition having warm patina left intact and minor wear consistent with age. Has a circular hole drilled in the middle of the figure, possibly once having been mounted on a pole.
