Condition report : The figure has been repaired from large fragments, including the head being reattached. There is a repair line with infill running up the side of the woman's head, and the bun at the back of the head may be a restoration. The proper right front corner of the integral base also appears to be a restoration, extending up to the proper right leg of the footstool. There is infill running along every breakline, visible in places such as across the proper left ankle and across the proper left thigh. There are remains of white slip in places overall, as visible in the catalogue illustration. General surface wear overall. The back of the figure is unworked and flattened. There is a paper label on the interior of the underside, reading 'Thebes, 4e-3e S', and another paper label with the number '78'.
