Verkaufstitel : Bought in Paul Onditi has developed a highly experimental process, blending materials, techniques and media to create rich paintings of a personal, imaginative world. An atmospheric relationship is created between Onditi's recurring lonesome figure and his complex, layered surroundings which the artist uses to contemplate human experience and consciousness. Onditi studied Art at the Hochschule für Gestaltung Offenbach am Main, in Germany. Over the past few years his works have gained significant international attention he has been exhibited widely in Kenya, Germany, and in New York. His paintings have also been included in Bonhams' Africa Now auctions in London in recent years.
