This, sensitive mask shows delineated headdress band, oval shaped eyes in black and white with well carved subtle lips and thin aquiline nose. This comes from an interesting period of Egyptian history when the Nubians to the south that had controlled the country were replaced by an Egyptian ruler. Egypt had one of its last golden ages during this period before decline and complete overthrown by Greeks, Persians and Romans.
