A collection of 8 hand knapped chert tools, chipped and flaked by prehistoric human ancestors such as Homo neanderthalensis. These petite blades were made to fit perfectly in the hand and have sharpened edges. Note the beautiful coloration, flaking patterns, and indentations all polished and smooth with use and age. This collection is displayed in a modern Riker case.
