Carved in 2 pieces with almost life-sized head of a male, hair pulled to one side looking somewhat phallic, he wears a short beard and is decorated with three areas of vertical scarifications - painted in red, black and off-white. This mounted into rounded slightly conical collar which would have been attached to a headdress. A stunning piece of original African tribal art!
