C arved stone sculptures created by Shona artisans in Zimbabwe are referred to as Ukama sculptures, a Shona term signifying the loving bonds that exist within families. H and carved from a single piece of stone, with natural oil patina intended to accentuate inherent beauty of the stone. Provenance: From estate of big game hunters living in New Jersey.
