Bonhams websiteCondition report : The panel is intact as preserved except for some historic non-active insect damage along the base of the panel which has left three of the hieroglyph incomplete. There is further damage to some of the dovetails and also some chipping. There is a patch of staining to one of the upper corners. The black pigment of the text is clear and well preserved, except for the bottom right corner as previously mentioned.
On the reverse there is some staining and shallow wear due to historic insect damage. There are two collection number labels: 72 and 12955.
There is overall surface wear including chipping and scratching.
