Descripción : AN EGYPTIAN STUCCO PAINTED HEAD OF A WOMAN Roman Period, Circa late 1st - early 2nd Century A.D. Wearing a wreath covered with traces of gold, the dark hair parted in the centre into individual waves pulled back from the face, with pale pink skin and enamel inlaid eyes with large black pupils, 23cm high. Provenance: Gottfried & Helga Hertel collection, Cologne, acquired prior to 1997.
