Nasceu em Luanda em 1951, foi artista plástico, fotógrafo e realizador angolano. Dirigiu vários documentários e vídeos sobre Angola, fotografou diversas famílias angolanas, criou escultuas inspiradas na arte Tchokwe (pinturas murais) e chama a atenção para a sua pintura logo aos 19 anos, na IV Salão de Arte Moderna de Luanda. Teve obras expostas em vários museus por todo o mundo.

Born in Luanda in 1951, he was an Angolan plastic artist, photographer and filmmaker. He directed several documentaries and videos about Angola, photographed several Angolan families, created sculptures inspired by Tchokwe art (mural paintings) and drew attention to his painting at the age of 19, at the IV Salão de Arte Moderna de Luanda. His works were exhibited in several museums around the world.
