A study collection with some on yellowish green paper and some on bluish green paper, the mint comprising corner blocks of thirty (5x6) from the upper right corner, thirty (6x5) from the lower right corner, fifteen (3x5) from the upper left corner, six from the upper right corner, a marginal block of fifteen from the right of the sheet, a block of twelve, a block of six and two blocks of four, two pairs, and thirty-seven singles with some showing varieties including sloping letters, penny slightly doubled, one slightly doubled, and penny and bar double (slight foxing), nine used with a block of four and a pair on one piece and one with one double, 1915 (31 Mar.) envelope bearing a pair and 1915 (15 Apr.) envelope bearing an L-shaped strip of three. Generally good to fine and a unique opportunity to buy this remarkable holding. S.G. 121

J. Buys. Large 8vo, contemp. unif. half-calf, gilt ribbed spine with red mor. letterpiece, uncut. (2x) ¶ Haitsma Mulier/ Van der Lem 507f (mentioning Jacobus Kok as author of vol. 1 & Jacobus Kantelaar as author of vol. 2). Complete set (incl. the often missing continuation publ. in 1800). – Top of spines sl. dam./ torn, bindings (sl.) rubbed/ worn along extremities.
